Deliciously flavourful with chunks of garlic, bird's eye chilli, ginger and coriander root. Use the sauce as dipping sauce for chicken rice, boiled chicken, fish porridge, blanched fish fillets. It can also be used ro such stir-fried dishes as stir-fried vegetables and stir-fried fish. Additionally, adding this sauce in steamed menus like steamed fish and tofu is also amazingly delicious.
Shake well before use.
Storage in cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated with cap closed.
