Ready-to-Cook Sauce Kit for Singapore Curry : Medium Hot

Sauce Kit Contains: Singapore Curry Paste & Prima Taste Coconut Premix (Singapore Curry Premix)

Cooking Instructions: 
400ml Water (for Step 1)
1 pkt Singapore Curry Paste (Mild Hot) ---Included in Prima Taste pack**
720g Chicken
3 Potatoes, cut into chunks
1 pkt Singapore Curry Premix ---Included in Prima Taste pack
260ml Water (for Step 3)

Cooking Steps:
Step 1 : In a pot, add Singapore Curry Paste into 400 ml of water. Stir well and bring to a boil on high heat, stirring occasionally
Step 2 : Add chicken and potatoes, stir well and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat
Step 3 : In a separate bowl, stir Singapore Curry Premix into 260 ml water. Mix well and add to pot. Simmer for 7 mins on low heat. Do not cover the pot. Stir occasionally and ensure that the gravy does not boil. Serve Singapore Curry hot with rice or crusty bread

Or you may, 
-Marinate chicken in a container with whole packet of Singapore Curry Paste (at least 12 hours in chiller) for a more robust taste and proceed to Step 2 after bringing 400 ml of water to boil.

-Add fresh red chilli as desired for a spicier curry.

Store in cool, dry place. After opening, keep pack refrigerated and use within 3 days.
